The 3rd was sung by the year 5s and they did “Perfect Little Pick Pocket.” The 4th was sung by year 6 it was called “Bill Sykes”, the 5th was called “Searching For a Family” that was sung by Oliver (played by Bruce, the 6th was called “Once a criminal” it was sung by the year 7/8s Pod 1, the 6th song, almost the last song, was called “Stay Crafty” it was sung by the year 7/8s pod 2. That was my dance. The 2nd to last song was called “Rise Like a Phoenix” it was sung by Nancy (played by Miriam). The final and last song was called “Old London Town” everyone sung it in the production and that was the best song in the production. It is so hard to do stuff becuse my power keeps on going out becuse when the  trees fool on the power line.

I will not have power for six hours and it has been very hard and challenging but there were some funny moments.

So I hopped in to my canoe and stare to paddle there the streets.

The Gospel

This week for Gospel Reflection we had to answer some questions and the Gospel was.

Pilate called Jesus over and asked, “Are you the king of the Jews?” Jesus answered, “Are you asking this on your own or did someone tell you about me?” “You know I’m not a Jew!” Pilate said. “Your own people and the chief priests brought you to me. What have you done?” Jesus answered, “My kingdom does not belong to this world. If it did, my followers would have fought to keep the Jewish leaders from handing me over to you. No, my kingdom does not belong to this world.” “So you are a king,” Pilate replied. “You are saying that I am a king,” Jesus told him. “I was born into this world to tell about the truth. And everyone who belongs to the truth knows my voice.”

The Gosple

This week for Gospel Reflection we had to answer some questions and the Gospel

was.

Jesus said to his disciples: “In those days, right after that time of suffering, ‘The sun will become dark, and the moon will no longer shine. The stars will fall, and the powers in the sky will be shaken.’ Then the Son of Man will be seen coming in the clouds with great power and glory. He will send his angels to gather his chosen ones from all over the earth. Learn a lesson from a fig tree. When its branches sprout and start putting out leaves, you know summer is near. So when you see all these things happening, you will know that the time has almost come. You can be sure that some of the people living today will still be alive when all this happens. The sky and the earth will not last forever, but my words will. No-one knows the day or the time. The angels in heaven don’t know, and the Son himself doesn’t know. Only the Father knows.”

Gospel Reflection

This week for Gospel Reflection we had to answer some questions and the Gospel

was.

Jesus was sitting in the temple near the offering box and watching people put in their gifts. He noticed that a lot of rich people were giving a lot of money. Finally, a poor widow came up and put in two small coins that were worth only a few pennies. Jesus told his disciples to gather around him. The he said: “I tell you that this poor widow has put in more than all the others. Everyone else gave what they didn’t need. But she is very poor and gave everything she had. Now she doesn’t have a cent to live on.
